This contract is designed to establish the legal framework for the partnership between the Climate Law Institute and the party or parties entering into this agreement. This contract outlines the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of all involved parties in the pursuit of advancing climate law and policy.

1. Introduction This contract is entered into between the Climate Law Institute and the party or parties involved in the pursuit of promoting and advocating for climate law and policy.
2. Purpose The purpose of this contract is to establish the terms and conditions of the partnership between the Climate Law Institute and the party or parties involved, with the goal of advancing the development, implementation, and enforcement of climate-related laws and regulations.
